F 'fAG�V �A THIS DEED, Made this / g12 day of i1-6,<^-°-�^-1 in the year of our Lord One thousand nine hundred and forty one, between Painter Hereford Company a corporation duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the the State of Colorado, of the first part, and Weld County, Colorado, a quasi-municipal corporation, of the State of Colorado, of the second part, WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other good and valuable considerations to the said party of the first part in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby oontessed and acknowledged, hath remised, released, sold, convey- ed and QUIT CLAIMED, and by these presents doth remise, release, sell, convey and QUIT CLAIM unto the said party of the second part, its successors and assigns forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said party of the first part bath in and to the following described real property situate, lying and being in the County of Weld and State of Colorado, to wit: A tract of land, located in the Southwest Quarter (SW4) of Section Six (6), Town- ship Two (2) North of Range Sixty-two (62) West, designated as Tract No. Two (2) on the map attached to this deed and made a part thereof, the same being for right of way for county road, and more particularly desoribed as follows: Beginning at a point 503.4 feet South of the Northwest corner of said Southwest Quarter, being in the center of the county roadway; thence N. 48' 100 E. 125 feet; thence N 52° 30' E. 63 feet; thence N. 66° 4' E. 57 feet; thence N. 76° 12' E. 90 feet; thence N 78' 25' E. 818 feet; thence N. 79°20' E. 360 feet; thence N 74• 28' E. 266 feet; thence N. 87° 30' E. 80 feet; thence S 15° 32' E. 50 feet; thence S 74° 28' W. 350 feet; thence S 79° 20' W. 360 feet; thence S 78° 250 W. 813 feet; thence S 76° 120 W. 82 feet; thence S 66° 4' W. 50 feet; thence S 52° 30' W. 50 feet; thence S 36° 26' W. 225 feet; thence N 148 feet to point of beginning, containing 3 acres, more or less.
