ORDINANCE NO. 82-D
IN THE MATTER OF REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 82-C AND RE-ENACTING
THE SETTING OF FEES FOR SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE WELD COUNTY
HEALTH DEPARTMENT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF WELD
COUNTY, COLORADO:
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld county,
a o Colorado has authority under state statute and the Weld County
o Home Rule Charter to establish certain fees for services
10 provided by the various departments of Weld County Government,

o WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County
o x desires , through this Ordinance, to set fees and charges for
• services provided by the Weld County Health Department.

a NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County

Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that Ordinance No 82-C is
hereby repealed and that the fee schedule set forth in Exhibits
~ a A through C, copies of which are attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, shall be the fees charged by

N H BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners
• of Weld County, Colorado that this ordinance shall supersede all
o prior ordinances and resolutions concerning fees for the
m w services enumerated in this ordinance.

y BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners
• of Weld County, Colorado that an emergency exists in that the
w x effective date of said fee schedule shall be January 1 , 1985 and
such fees shall remain in full force and effect until this Board
M N ordains to change such fees, and therefore, this Ordinance is
o o declared to be an Emergency Ordinance under the provisions of
H Section 3-14 of the Weld County Home Rule Charter.
