RE: RESCINDING RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 8 , 1981, AND FURTHER TO
AUTHORIZE THE CANCELLATION OF SOCIAL SERVICES WARRANTS FOR
THE MONTH OF JUNE, 1981
WHEREAS, on July 8, 1981, the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado adopted a resolution cancelling Social Services
warrants for the month of June 1981 in the amount of $17, 840. 93 and
an error was made as said cancellation should be as follows :
AFDC 5, 118. 00 CW 288 . 00
AND 292. 00 GA 275. 00
IV-D 60. 00 13, 611. 93
LEAP 7, 578. 93 OAP 1, 467. 00
TOTAL 15, 078 . 93
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that the resolution adopted July 8 , 1981,
cancelling Social Services warrants for the month of June 1981 in
the amount of $17, 840. 93 , be and hereby is rescinded.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners,
that said Social Service warrants for the month of June 1981 in
the amount of $15, 078. 93 be, and the same are hereby cancelled and
held for naught.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 15th day of
July, A.D. , 1981.
