RESOLUTION
RE : APPROVE CONTINUANCE OF USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW HEARING TO
NOVEMBER 23, 1983 , CONCERNING THREE RADIO TOWERS - INTERSTATE
BROADCASTING SYSTEM, INC.
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , a Use by Special Review hearing for three (3) radio
towers for Interstate Boardcasting System, Inc. was scheduled for
November 16 , 1983 , at 2 : 00 p.m. as stated in the Notice dated
October 24 , 1983, a copy of said Notice being attached hereto
and incorporated herein by reference, and
WHEREAS, at the hearing of November 16, 1983, it was deter-
mined that the property had not been posted ten days prior to the
hearing date, therefore, the Weld County Planning staff requested
a continuance to November 23, 1983 , at 2 : 00 p.m. , and
WHEREAS , the Board, after consideration, deems it advisable
to approve the request for a continuance of this matter until
November 23 , 1983, at 2 : 00 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Use by Special Review
hearing for three (3) radio towers for Interstate Broadcasting
System, Inc. be, and hereby is, continued to November 23 , 1983,
at 2 : 00 p.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 16th day of
November, A.D. , 1983.

The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated October 24, 1983, and duly
published on November 3, 1983, in the La Salle Leader, a public hearing was
held for the purpose of considering the request fran Interstate Broadcasting
System, Inc. for three radio towers. Rod Allison, Planning Department :t'epre-
sentative, informed the Board that the applicant had not posted the sign on
his property for the required number of days prior to this hearing; therefore,
this hearing should be continued. Commissioner Brantner moved to continue
this hearing to November 23, 1983, at 2:00 P.M. Commissioner Johnson seconded
the notion and it carried unanimously.
