RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 823 - LARRY L. ARNOLD
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado on the 11th day of January, 1984 , considered the request
of Larry L. Arnold to place a mobile home to be used as a
principal dwelling, and to be occupied in an A-Agricultural
Zone District, on a parcel of land more particularly described
as follows:
Part of the W2 NWs, Section 36 , Township
1 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P. M. ,
Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the testimony, finds that said request should be granted sub-
ject to the following conditions: 1) the applicant applying for
a building permit for the mobile home within thirty days from the
date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners; 2) prior to
the issuance of a building permit, the owner shall submit evidence
that the proposed well is supplying water in such a manner as to
be adequate in quality, quantity and dependability for the pro-
posed use; and 3) the mobile home shall not be occupied until
such time that the applicant has complied with Conditions 1 and
2 above.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Larry L.
Arnold to place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwel-
ling on the above described parcel of land, which was found
to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, Section
43 , be, and hereby is, granted subject to the conditions as above
listed.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made

The Department of Planning Services staff has reviewed this request and
recommends that the request be approved for the reasons:

COMMENTS: The Department of Planning Services has not received any objections
regarding this application.
The Department of Planning Services staff recommendation for approval is
conditional upon:
1. The applicant applying for a building permit for the mobile home within
thirty (30) days from the date of approval by the Board of County
Commissioners.
2. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the owner shall submit
evidence that the proposed well is supplying water in such a manner as to
be adequate in quality, quantity and dependability for the proposed use.
3. The mobile home shall not be occupied until such time that the applicant
has complied with Conditions 1 and 2 above.

On October 3 the Board reviewed and approved your improvement
application for the placing of a mobile home and garage on
state land you have under Lease S-37661.
This authorization was granted with the express understanding
that the improvement cannot be fixed to the land and can be re-
moved as required to do so by the Land Board. The charge agreed
to was fixed at $35.00 per month for this facility.
Shortly you will receive a copy of the approved application.
For our records we should have a letter indicating that you do
understand that the facility cannot be a fixed improvement.

Dear Mr. Arnold:
We are enclosing your copy of Improvement Application #2360
on which appears the approval of our Board for the placement
of a mobile home and garage on a portion of the SW; of the
NW; of Section 36, T. 1 N. , R. 65 W. in Weld County, which you
have under lease S-37661.
As you and I discussed, the Board did grant this permission
with the understanding that it would not be a permanent
improvement and would be placed on the land in such a
manner that it could be moved if the lease changes hands
at anytime in the future.
We had also agreed to a charge of $35.00 per month for the
facility.
Your lease S-37661 will be amended to show the annual charge
and you will be billed accordingly. Should there by any
question about this, please let me know.
