HomeMy WebLinkAbout840747.tiff RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 822 - RICHARD AND CINDY STROH WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld( County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 25th day of January, 1984 , considered the re- quest of Richard and Cindy Stroh to place one mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling, and to be occupied in an A-Agricul- tural Zone District, on a parcel of land more particularly des- cribed as follows: Part of the SW4, Section 6 , Township 4 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners , having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted. We have lived at 23518 Weld County Rd. #1 for twelve years, now. There has been a mobile home on this site for approximately twenty years. We have added several permanent structures to make the home not very easy to move and at a later date we would like to put this home on a permanent foundation.
