RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 822 - RICHARD AND CINDY STROH
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld( County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 25th day of January, 1984 , considered the re-
quest of Richard and Cindy Stroh to place one mobile home to be
used as a principal dwelling, and to be occupied in an A-Agricul-
tural Zone District, on a parcel of land more particularly des-
cribed as follows:
Part of the SW4, Section 6 , Township 4
North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M. ,
Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners , having heard
the testimony, finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Richard
and Cindy Stroh to' place a mobile home, to be used as a principal
dwelling, on the above described parcel of land, which was found
to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, Sec-
tion 43 , be, and hereby is, granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of
January, A.D. , 1984 .

The Department of Planning Services staff has reviewed this request and
recommends that the request be approved for the reasons:

this application. The property currently has a mobile home on it. Mobile
Home Permit 731 was issued for this site as an accessory to a farm.

RE: To zoning of home and land on Reuben C. Stroh estate
To: Planning Comm.
We have lived at 23518 Weld County Rd. #1 for twelve years, now.
There has been a mobile home on this site for approximately twenty
years. We have added several permanent structures to make the home
not very easy to move and at a later date we would like to put this
home on a permanent foundation. As far as the farm go-Lind we are going
to keep it into agricultural for the purpose of raising feed and feed
grains for sales and for our own register livestock.
