Home My WebLink About830542.tiff RESOLUTION RE: DONATION TO AMBULANCE SERVICE WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, it is the policy of the Board of County Commissioners, in the event that donations are received, that they be received formally by the Board of County Commissioners, and WHEREAS, the Weld County Ambulance Service has received a donation of FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500. 00) from the Gary Sandau family in memory of their son, Craig Sandau, and WHEREAS, it is the wish of the Gary Sandau family that this donation be used toward the purchase of new equipment for the Ambulance Service. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the above mentioned donation be, and hereby is , received and that said donation shall be used toward the purchase of new equipment for the Ambulance Service. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that a copy of this Resolution, along with a letter of thanks, be forwarded to the Gary Sandau family.
