Location of Property: approximately 3 1/8 miles north of Windsor; north of Weld County Road 76 and west of Highway 257 The owners of the property described above have requested an exemption from Section 2-1 of the Weld County Subdivision Regulations adopted August 30, 1972. The subdivision exemption will allow the son of the applicant's, Thomas A. Cullison, to apply to a financial institution for a loan to defray a part of the costs of the construction of his home.
