HomeMy WebLinkAbout820476.tiff RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 655 - ANTONIO ROSALES WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado on the 8th day of September, 1982 , considered the re- quest of Antonio Rosales for a mobile home to be used as a prin- cipal dwelling on the parcel of land, which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, more particularly described as follows: Part of the NE4 SW4 of Section 31, Township 7 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted sub- ject to the following conditions : 1) prior to the issuance of a building permit, the applicant shall submit evidence of an adequate domestic water supply source; 2) notification must be received from the Housing Authority that the North-West Water Project has been approved and will be completed; and 3) sewage disposal facilities must be approved by the Weld County Health Department.
