RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 655 - ANTONIO ROSALES
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado on the 8th day of September, 1982 , considered the re-
quest of Antonio Rosales for a mobile home to be used as a prin-
cipal dwelling on the parcel of land, which is to be occupied
in an A-Agricultural Zone District, more particularly described
as follows:
Part of the NE4 SW4 of Section 31,
Township 7 North, Range 65 West of
the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the testimony, finds that said request should be granted sub-
ject to the following conditions : 1) prior to the issuance of
a building permit, the applicant shall submit evidence of an
adequate domestic water supply source; 2) notification must be
received from the Housing Authority that the North-West Water
Project has been approved and will be completed; and 3) sewage
disposal facilities must be approved by the Weld County Health
Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Antonio
Rosales for permission to place a mobile home to he used as a
principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land, which
was found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordi-
nance, Section 43, be, and hereby is , granted subject to the
above listed conditions .

COMMENTS: Mr. Rosales owns a trailer in East Eaton that is located on a lot containing
a single family dwelling. Mr. Rosales plans to move the mobile home to a vacant lot.
The Department of Planning Service' s Staff recommendation is conditional and based
upon the following: prior to the issuance of a building permit, the applicant shall
submit evidence of an adequate domestic water supply source.
The town of Eaton has objected to this proposal.

ROOM 342, CENTENNIAL CENTER, 915 10th STREET, GREELEY, COLORADO, AFTER APPROVAL OF THE
ZONING PERMIT.

the proposed location of the mobile home, including distances from the property lines and

This Permit is granted temporarily to allow construction to commence. This Permit may be revoked or suspended by the Weld
County Health Department for reasons set forth In the Weld County Individual Sewage Disposal System Regulations, including
failure to meet any term or condition Imposed thereon during temporary or final approval. The Issuance of this Permit does not
constitute assumption by the Department or Its employees of liability for the failure or Inadequacy of the sewage disposal system.
Environmental Specialist Date
This Permit Is not transferrable and shall become void If system construction has not commenced within one year of its issuance.
Before issuing final approval of this Permit the Weld County Health Department reserves the right to impose additional terms
and conditions required to meet our regulations on a continuing basis. Final Permit approval Is contingent upon the final in-
spection of the completed system by the Weld County Health Department.
