SEEWALD WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners did approve Recorded Exemption No. 217 for Joe J. Seewald concerning property described as part of the Nz SW;, Section 31, T3N, R68W of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado on July 14 , 1976, and WHEREAS, Joe J. Seewald has requested that Recorded Exemp- tion No. 217 be amended as follows: reduce the size of Lot "B" from 60. 128 acres to 49. 719 acres and increase the size of Lot "A" from 1. 285 acres to 10. 691 acres, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has studied said request to amend Recorded Exemption No. 217 and deems it advis- able to approve the amendment. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the hereinabove amend- ment to Recorded Exemption No. 217 for Joe J. Seewald be, and hereby is, approved.
