RE: APPROVAL OF ADDENDUM TO CONTRACT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
WELD COUNTY AND INVESTIGATIVE SERVICES AGENCY CONCERNING
SERVICE OF PROCESS SERVICES AND AUTHORIZATION FOR CHAIRMAN
TO SIGN SAME
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, an Agreement for services of process services
between Weld County and Investigative Services Agency was
approved by the Board of County Commissioners on December 20 ,
1982 for the period of January 1, 1983 through December 31,
1983, and
WHEREAS, Investigative Services Agency has been sold to
John O. P . Miller, and
WHEREAS, Investigative Services Agency has requested an
assignment of the contract to the new owner, John O. P. Miller,
and
WHEREAS, the Department of Social Services and the Board
of County Commissioners have reviewed the contract and found
that it would be in the best interests of Weld County to consent
to the assignment of the contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Agreeement
between Weld County and Investigative Services for service of
process services, assigned to John O. P. Miller, be and hereby
is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
that the Chairman of the Board be, and hereby is, authorized
to sign the Addendum to Contract.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 23rd
day of March, A.D. , 1983.

ADDENDUM TO CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
entered into a contract with Investigative Services Agency on December 20,
1982 date for the period of January 1, 1983 through December 31, 1983, and
WHEREAS, Investigative Services Agency has been sold to John O.P. Miller,
and
WHEREAS, the contractor has requested an assignment of the contract to
the new owner, John O.P. Miller, and
WHEREAS, Social Services Department and the Board of County Commissioners
have reviewed the contract and found that it would be in the best interests of
Weld County to consent to the assignment of the contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the contract with Investigative Services Agency is

contracts with have changed hands.
I have checked the background on the new owners and everything is in
order.
The Weld County Commissioners approved the attached addendum.
