Morrison Planning Department Representative, James Mayerl The following business was transacted: I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated May 7, 1984, and duly published in the La Salle Leader on May 10, 1984, a public hearing was con- ducted to consider the application of Clarence and Florence Rickman for a Use by Special Review for a poultry fann. Chairman N. Carlson stated that since only three Commissioners were present the applicants could request a continuance of this hearing until all five Commissioners will be present. Lee Morrison, Assistant County Attorney, read this application into the record. Jim Mayerl, Planning Department representative, stated that a letter had been received fran Jeffrey Larson, attorney representing the applicants, requesting that this hearing be continued to June 6, 1984. Commissioner Johnson moved to continue the Use by Special Review hearing requested by Clarence and Florence Rickman to June 6, 1984, at 2:00 p.m. The motion, which was seconded by Commissioner C. Carlson, carried unanimously.
