ALL INTERESTED PERSONS WILL BE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
A Petition for the dissolution of the special district known as the
AULT SANITATION DISTRICT has been filed with and is now pending in this
Court.
The territory encompassed by the AULT SANITATION DISTRICT lies
entirely within the town limits of the TOWN OF AULT, Weld County,
Colorado.
The AULT SANITATION DISTRICT claims to have no outstanding financial
obligations and no outstanding bonds.
That the services now provided by the AULT SANITATION DISTRICT shall
be continued by the TOWN OF AULT.
The Court has Ordered that hearing of...?such Petition will be held on
