RESOLUTION
RE: APPOINTMENT OF PAM PAPE AND REAPPOINTMENT OF JERRY WONES,
RICK DILL AND JACK MORGER TO THE GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, several vacancies currently exist on the Grievance
Committee due to the expiration of terms of certain members, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Jack Morger (elected
by the Road and Bridge employees) , Rick Dill and Jerry Wones be
reappointed to said Committee and further, that Pam Pape (elected
by the Health Department employees) be appointed to the Grievance
Committee, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to appoint
the above mentioned people to the Grievance Committee for 2-year
terms to expire on March 1, 1983 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Weld County, Colorado that Jack Morger, Rick Dill and
Jerry Wones be, and hereby are, reappointed to the Grievance Com-
mittee for 2-year terms to expire on March 1, 1983, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
that Pam Pape be, and hereby is, appointed to the Grievance Com-
mittee for a 2-year term to expire on March 1, 1983 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 2nd day of
March, A.D. , 1981.
