Dear Chairman Kirby:
The Department of Local Affairs, Division of Local Government has
reviewed the request for state land use supplemental planning funds
for several small towns in Larimer and Weld Counties.
We are pleased to inform you that $36,000 of these funds have been
set aside for funding the 1981 circuit riding manager program.
Tom Laetz of our Fort Collins field office will be assisting the Larimer
Weld Council of governments with contractual agreements for these
funds. He is also able to answer any questions you may have. Tom
can be reached at the College of Forestry, Department of Recreation
Resources, Colorado State University, Fort Collins, Colorado 80523,
