RESOLUTION
RE: APPOINTMENT OF WES POTTER, CHUCK CUNLIFFE, MICHAEL METZGER AND ROBERT
RHINESMITH, AND REAPPOINTMENT OF JACK MORGER TO THE PERSONNEL GRIEVANCE
BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado Statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, several vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Personnel
Grievance Board due to the expiration of terms of certain members, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Jack Morger (re-elected by the Road
and Bridge employees), Wes Potter (elected by the Health Department
employees) , Michael Metzger, Robert Rhinesmith, and Chuck Cunliffe be
appointed to the Weld County Personnel Grievance Board, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to appoint the above
mentioned people to the Weld County Personnel Grievance Board, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to appoint Robert
Rhinesmith as Chairman of the Personnel Grievance Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County that Jack Morger, Wes Potter, Michael Metzger, and Chuck Cunliffe
be appointed to the County Personnel Grievance Board for two-year terms to
expire on March 1, 1985, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Robert Rhinesmith be appointed to fill Donald
Warden's unexpired term until March 1, 1984.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Robert Rhinesmith is hereby appointed
chairman of the Personnel Grievance Board.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 4th day of April
