RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF DONALD K. BILLINGS TO ROAD AND BRIDGE
ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Road and Bridge
Advisory Board, and
WHEREAS , it has been recommended that Donald K. Billings
be appointed to fill the District 5 position for a term to begin
April 10, 1984 , and expire March 1 , 1987 , and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners desires to appoint
Donald K. Billings to the Road and Bridge Advisory Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Donald K. Billings be,
and hereby is, appointed to fill the District 5 position for a
term to begin April 10 , 1984 , and expire March 1 , 1987 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 11th day of
April, A.D. , 1984.
