RE: APPROVAL OF AMENDED RECORDED EXEMPTION NO. 239 - ROLAND D.
AND DORIS A. NAIBAUER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has approved
Recorded Exemption No. 239 for Roland D. and Doris A. Naubauer
concerning property described as the Southeast Quarter of Sec-
tion 2, Township 6 North, Range 64 West of the 6th Principal
Meridian, Weld County, Colorado, being more particularly described
as follows:
The Southeast Quarter of Section 2 , Town-
ship 6 North, Range 64 West of the 6th
Principal Meridian, Weld County, Colorado,
being more particularly described as fol-
lows :
Beginning at the Southeast Corner of said
Section 2 , and considering the East line
of said Section 2 as bearing North 00°16 ' 29"
East, with all other bearings contained
herein relative thereto;
Thence North 00°16 ' 29 " East, along said
East line, 2645. 24 feet;
Thence North 89°50 ' 31" West, 2619 .41 feet;
Thence South 00°06 ' 37" East, 1047 .86 feet;
Thence South 00°24 ' 54" West, 1610 .06 feet
to a point on the South line of said Section
2 ;
Thence North 89°52 ' 51" East along said South
line, 2616 . 22 feet to the Southeast Corner of
said Section 2, also being the Point of
Beginning.
Said described parcel of land contains 159 .176
acres, more or less, including a strip of
ground 30 feet in width along the East and
South lines of said Section 2 , reserved for
County Road right-of-way purposes and is
subject to any rights-of-way or other ease-
ments as recorded by instruments of record
or as now existing on said described parcel
of land.
WHEREAS, Roland D. and Doris A. Naibauer has requested that
Recorded Exemption No. 239 be amended by decreasing the size of
Lot "A" to 6 .164 acres and increasing the size of Lot "B" to
153. 012 acres , and

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has studied said
request to amend Recorded Exemption No. 239 and desires to approve
such amendment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the hereinabove amendment
to Recorded Exemption No. 239 for Roland D. and Doris A. Naibauer
be, and hereby is, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 30th day of
March, A.D. , 1981.
