RE : GRANT MOBILE HOME REQUEST OF GILBERT AND AURELIA GALLEGOS
FOR A PRINCIPAL DWELLING IN AN AGRICULTURAL ZONE DISTRICT
ON A PARCEL OF LAND DESCRIBED AS LOTS 13 , 14 , AND 15, BLOCK
16, WATTENBERG, COLORADO.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , Gilbert and Aurelia Gallegos have applied to the
Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, for a
permit to place a mobile home on the following described real
estate, as a principal dwelling, and which is to be occupied in
an A-Agricultural Zone District, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 16th day of September, 1981, considered the
request of Gilbert and Aurelia Gallegos for a mobile home as a
principal dwelling on a parcel of land more particularly
described as follows :
Lots 13, 14, and 15, Block 16 , Wattenberg,
Colorado.
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the applicants, finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of
Gilbert and Aurelia Gallegos for permission to place a mobile
home as a principal dwelling on the abovedescribed parcel of
land be, and hereby is, granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 16th
day of September, A.D. , 1981.

This Permit is granted temporarily to allow constrwtlon to commence. This Permit may be revoked or suspended by the Weld

failure to meet any term or condition imposed thereon during temporary or final approval. The Issuance of this Permit does not
constitute assumption by the Department or its employees of liability for the failure or inadequacy of the sews a disposal system.

Gilbert has_put a lot of fill dirt on his property to raise the mobile to meet the
floodplain requirements. This is mainly on the lot where the mobile home will be
located. There are residences to the north, south and east; not on adjoining lots,
but within 500 feet of this particular lot.
