HomeMy WebLinkAbout810465.tiff RESOLUTION RE : GRANT MOBILE HOME REQUEST OF GILBERT AND AURELIA GALLEGOS FOR A PRINCIPAL DWELLING IN AN AGRICULTURAL ZONE DISTRICT ON A PARCEL OF LAND DESCRIBED AS LOTS 13 , 14 , AND 15, BLOCK 16, WATTENBERG, COLORADO. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS , Gilbert and Aurelia Gallegos have applied to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, for a permit to place a mobile home on the following described real estate, as a principal dwelling, and which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 16th day of September, 1981, considered the request of Gilbert and Aurelia Gallegos for a mobile home as a principal dwelling on a parcel of land more particularly described as follows : Lots 13, 14, and 15, Block 16 , Wattenberg, Colorado. WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the applicants, finds that said request should be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Gilbert and Aurelia Gallegos for permission to place a mobile home as a principal dwelling on the abovedescribed parcel of land be, and hereby is, granted.
