RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 937 - THOMAS AND HELEN HIMSCHOOT
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners

Colorado, on the 3rd day of October, 1984 , considered
re-
quest of Thomas and Helen Himschoot for a mobile home to be used
as an accessory structure, and
WHEREAS , said mobile home is to be located in an A-Agri-
cultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more particu-
larly described as follows:
Part of the SEa , Section 12 , Township 7 North,
Range 66 West of the 6th P .M. , Weld County,
Colorado
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject
to the applicant applying for a building permit for the mobile
home within thirty days from the date of approval by the Board
of County Commissioners .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of Thomas
and Helen Himschoot for permission to place a mobile home to be
used as an accessory structure on the above described parcel of
land, which was found to be in compliance with Section 43
ofthe Weld County Zoning Ordinance be , and hereby is, granted
sub-
ject to the hereinabove listed condition.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 3rd day of

Location: Approximately 4 mile east of Ault; north of Hwy 14 and west of
WCR 37.
The Department of Planning Services staff has reviewed this request and
recommends that the request be approved for the reasons:

COMMENTS:
The Himschoots would like to utilize a mobile home at this location to
store their possessions. The Department of Planning Services has not
received any objections to this proposal.
The Department of Planning Services staff recommendation for approval is
conditional upon:
1. The applicant applying for a building permit for the mobile home within
thirty (30) days from the date of approval by the Board of County
