RE: APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO RECORDED EXEMPTION NO. 611 -
KEITH AND BARBARA MC INTYRE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on the 18th day of May, 1983 , the Board of County
Commissioners approved Recorded Exemption No . 611 for Keith and
Barbara McIntyre concerning property described as part of the
Southeast Quarter Southeast Quarter of Section 34 , Township 6
North, Range 66 West of the 6th P. M. , Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended to the Board
by the Department of Planning Services that Condition number
two (#2) in Recorded Exemption #611 be amended to read as follows :
"any new structure on Lot "A" , if located within
four-hundred (400) feet of a Greeley City Sewer
line, shall be served by public sewer. Otherwise,
an individual septic disposal system may be
appropriate; and" . . .
WHEREAS , the Board, after review and study, deems it advis-
able to approve said amendment to Recorded Exemption No. 611.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the amendment as herein-
above stated to Recorded Exemption No. 611 for Keith and Barbara
McIntyre be, and hereby is, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 16th day
of November, A. D. , 1983 .
