RESOLUTION
RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME REQUEST OF HEARST AND NANCY PRESSLY FOR A
PRINCIPAL DWELLING IN AN AGRICULTURAL ZONE DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Hearst and Nancy Pressly have applied to the Board
of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado for a permit
to place a mobile home on the following described real estate,
as a principal dwelling, and which is to be occupied in an
A-Agricultural Zone District, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, on the 11th
day of March, 1981, considered the request of Hearst and Nancy
Pressly for a mobile home as a principal dwelling on a parcel
of land more particularly described as follows :
Part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 18 ,
Township 2 North, Range 67 West of the 6th
P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, a/k/a Lot A of
Recorded Exemption 477.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the applicants, finds that said request should be granted pro-
vided the applicants obtain a septic permit and provide evidence
that a domestic water supply is available to the property prior
to issuance of a building permit for the mobile home.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Hearst
and Nancy Pressly for permission to place a mobile home on the
above described land as a principal dwelling, be, and hereby is,
granted subject to the applicants obtaining a septic permit and
providing evidence that a domestic water supply is available to
the property prior to issuance of a building permit for the
mobile home.

To date our office has not received any opposition from any of the surrounding
property owners to this mobile home request.

Re: Recorded Exemption 1477
Dear Commissioners:
The attached application, plat and related items are in reference to a re-
quest from Mr. and Mrs. Larry Fulton for a recorded exemption. The parcel
of land on which this request has been made is described as part of the
SW1, Section 18, T2N, R67W of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado. This
property is located mile north of Firestone at 6071 Weld County Road 20.
The property contains approximately 22.11 acres of Class IV and VI nonir-
rigated soils. The request is to split the property into parcels of 10.0
acres and 12.11 acres.
On September 17, 1980 the Board of County Commissioners approved a request
from Mr. and Mrs. Fulton for a lot size variance so that they could make
application for this recorded exemption. At the time they made the decision
on that request, the Department of Planning Services Staff submitted a letter
of recommendation for approval to the Board. A copy of that Staff recom-
menation for approval is included in the attached packet. Nothing has been
received by our office that would change our recommendation for approval.
On September 25, 1980, the applicant received approval of the Board of
Adjustment for a variance from the 180 foot minimum lot width requirement.
Mr. and Mrs. Fulton have obtained a written easement for the property which
should be recorded with the recorded exemption plat. The Department of
Planning Services Staff's approval is conditional upon the applicant placing
a note on the recorded exemption plat referencing the easement document
prior to recordation of said plat.
