The above described parcel is subject to a 30. 00 foot wide reservation for county road along the Southwesterly, Southerly, and Easterly sides thereof. 810714 The above described parcel is subject to a 50. 00 foot wide reservation for right-of- way and access for the South Fork of the Ogilvy Ditch along the Northerly 50. 00 feet thereof. The above described parcel contains a gross acreage of 127. 98 acres more or less . WHEREAS, in order to proceed with a Subdivision Exemption and Recorded Exemption concerning the above described parcel of land, Recorded Exemption No. 360 must be vacated and also must be vacated in order to maintain a true and correct title to the land, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has found the Subdivision Exemption and Recorded Exemption to be acceptable and deems it advisable to vacate Recorded Exemption No. 360. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Recorded Exemption No. 360 for David Droegemueller be, and hereby is, vacated. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of February, A.D. , 1981.
