RE: VACATE RECORDED EXEMPTION NO. 360 - DAVID DROEGEMUELLER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on December 22 , 1976 , David Droegemueller was
granted Recorded Exemption No. 360 on the following described
parcel of land:
That portion of Section 10, Township 5 North,
Range 64 West of the 6th Principal Meridian,
County of Weld, State of Colorado, more parti-
cularly described as follows :
Beginning at the South Quarter corner of said
Section; thence along the North-South center-
line of said Section, North 00°02 ' 00" West
232. 52 feet; to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING
said point being on the center line of a
County Road; thence along said centerline
the following courses; South 87°32 ' 00" West
1708. 00 feet; thence North 64°10 ' 00" West

127. 53 feet to the West line of the South-

The above described parcel is subject to a
30. 00 foot wide reservation for county road
along the Southwesterly, Southerly, and
Easterly sides thereof.

The above described parcel is subject to a
50. 00 foot wide reservation for right-of-
way and access for the South Fork of the
Ogilvy Ditch along the Northerly 50. 00 feet
thereof.
The above described parcel contains a gross
acreage of 127. 98 acres more or less .
WHEREAS, in order to proceed with a Subdivision Exemption
and Recorded Exemption concerning the above described parcel of
land, Recorded Exemption No. 360 must be vacated and also must
be vacated in order to maintain a true and correct title to the
land, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has found the
Subdivision Exemption and Recorded Exemption to be acceptable and
deems it advisable to vacate Recorded Exemption No. 360.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Recorded Exemption No.
360 for David Droegemueller be, and hereby is, vacated.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of
February, A.D. , 1981.
