RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 876 - HAROLD LEROY JOHNSON
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter , is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners , on the 30th day
of May, 1934 , considered the request of Harold LeRoy Johnson for
one mobile home to be used as an accessory to a farm, and
WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be used in an A-Agricultural
Zone District on a parcel of land more particularly described as
follows:
Part of the North z of Section 25 , Township
5 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P .M. , Weld
County, Colorado
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners , having heard
the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject
to the following conditions: 1) the applicant shall apply for a
building permit for the mobile home within thirty days from the
date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners; and 2) the
mobile home shall not be occupied until such time that the appli-
cant has been issued a mobile home building permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Harold
LeRoy Johnson to place one mobile home to be used as an accessory
to a farm on the hereinabove described parcel of land, which was
found to be in compliance with Section 43 of the Weld County
Zoning Ordinance be, and hereby is, granted subject to the herein-
above stated conditions.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 30th day of
May , A.D. , 1984 .

recommends that the request be approved for the reasons:

COMMENTS:
The Department of Planning Services has not received any objections regarding
this request.
The Department of Planning Services staff recommendation for approval is
conditional upon:
1. The applicant applying for a building permit for the mobile home within
thirty (30) days from the date of approval by the Board of County
Commissioners.
2. The mobile home shall not be occupied until such time that the applicant
has been issued a mobile home building permit.

The existing mobile home is neat and well kept. The balance of the property is used
for agricultural production (hay) . The land slopes gently to the east.

MOBILE HOME AS AN ACCESSORY USE ON A FARM
(Section 43.2.3, Weld County Zoning Ordinance)
I, the undersigned, understand and agree to the conditions of this Zoning
Permit which are as follows:
1. All zoning permits for mobile homes as accessory uses are temporary.
Such permits shall automatically expire and the mobile home shall be
removed upon the cessation of the use of the mobile home as an accessory
use; and
2. A zoning permit for more than one mobile home in the "A" Agricultural
Zone District as an accessory use may be issued only upon approval by the
Board of County Commissioners.
Further, I, the undersigned, meet the following conditions which are required
to be eligible for this permit:
1. The mobile home will be occupied by persons customarily employed at or
engaged in the operation of the use where the mobile home is located;
2. The mobile home is necessary for the effective and economic operation of
the use and/or protection of the agricultural use;
