RE : APPOINTMENT OF STEPHEN HAMILTON, JR. , AND REAPPOINTMENT
OF LYDIA DUNBAR, DOUGLAS GRAFF, AND JACK HOLMAN AS MEMBERS
OF THE WELD COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County
Planning Commission, and
WHEREAS , it has been recommended that Stephen Hamilton, Jr.
be appointed to serve on said Board, term expiring on July 31,
1986 , and
WHEREAS , it has been recommended that Lydia Dunbar,
Douglas Graff, and Jack Holman be reappointed to serve on said
Board, terms expiring July 31, 1987, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners desires to appoint
Stephen Hamilton, Jr. , and to reappoint Lydia Dunbar, Douglas
Graff, and Jack Holman to the Weld County Planning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Stephen Hamilton, Jr. ,
be, and hereby is , appointed to serve on the Weld County Planning
Commission for a term to expire on July 31, 1986 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Lydia Dunbar, Douglas
Graff, and Jack Holman, be, and hereby are, reappointed to serve
on the Weld County Planning Commission for terms expiring on
July 31, 1987.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 16th day of
July, A.D. , 1984.

PLANNING COMMISSION
Mr. Stephen Hamilton Jr. Has been appointed to the Planning Commission. His term
begins July 16, 1984 and expires on July 31 , 1986. He will fill the at-large position
vacated by James Docheff.
Lydia Dunbar Has been reappointed to the Planning Commission. Her term will expire
July 31 , 1987. She will continue to fill the Dist. 1 position.
Douglas Graff Has been reappointed to the Planning Commission. His term will expire
July 31 , 1987. He will continue to fill the Dist. 2 position.
Jack Holman Has been reappointed to the Planning Commission. His term will expire
July 31 , 1987. He will continue to fill the at-large position.
