RE: DECLARATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE TOWN OF
LASALLE AS SURPLUS PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Weld County, Colorado has acquired the following
described parcel of land located in the Town of LaSalle by
Treasurer' s deed:

N54°00 'W280 ' S on W.

pt of beg LaSalle.
WHEREAS, the above described property is currently being
used as a road, and
WHEREAS, the Town of LaSalle has expreesed an interest
in having the above described property deeded to the Town of
LaSalle so that said property can continue to be used as a
road, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to declare the above
described property located in the Town of LaSalle as surplus
property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the above described
property located in the Town of LaSalle be, and hereby is,
declared to be surplus property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
that disposition of said property shall not occur until 10 days
have passed from the date of this Resolution.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 19th day of
March, A.D. , 1980.
