HOECHER AND AUTHORIZATION FOR CHAIR- MAN TO SIGN WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, on the 4th day of May, 1983 , the Board of County Commissioners accepted full maintenance of the streets in Pinnacle Park, First, Second and Third Filings, and WHEREAS, it has been recommended by the Weld County Engineer that the Bonds now being held by Weld County, Colorado, for the completion of certain road requirements within said Pinnacle Park, be released, said Bonds are more particularly described as follows: First & Second Filing #19S 21767 Amount $ 2 ,500 Third Filing Amount $11 ,750 Issued by the Aetna Casualty and Surety Company; to Weld County, Colorado as Obligee, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners finds that George W. Hoecher, the applicant, has satisfied the requirements neces- sary to complete the contract for the construction of roads in Pinnacle Park, First, Second and Third Filings , and WHEREAS, the Board now deems it advisable to release the Bonds for Pinnacle Park, First, Second and Third Filings in the amounts as above stated.
