RE: LIEN RELEASES ON COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROJECT NO.
B-75-DN-08-0010.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado Statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
participated in Community Development Block Grant Project No. B-75-DN-08-0010,
known as the Evanston Project, and
WHEREAS, the following individuals received funds for their property to
be improved as recipients of the CDBG Projects, and as a condition were
required to reside on the property for a five year period in order to be
forgiven the amounts indicated below in five equal installments on the
anniversary dates indicated:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that they hereby direct the County Attorney to prepare
the necessary lien release and properly execute them to release the lien
resulting from CDBG Project B-75-DN-08-0010 as described above.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 12th day of March, A.D. , 1984.

REHABILITATION GRANT AGREEMENT
This agreement made this 5 day of May , 19 78
for a Housing Rehabilitation Grant is made between the Board of
County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado and
Sotero and Marceline Vidaurri the applicant.
The Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado
hereby agrees to give a Housing Rehabilitation Grant in the amount
of $4 , 609 . 51 for the applicant ' s property at 211 Johnson St . ,
Evanston, CO 80530 , in consideration of the applicant ' s
meeting the following requirements :
1. Applicant (s) agree that he (they) will continue to own
the above described property for the next five years .
2. Applicant (s) agree to sign a promissory note, secured by
a lien against the property, which will require applicant ' s
to repay all or a portion of the grant, should applicant ' s
cease to be owner of the property within the five (5)
year period. The obligation will be reduced by 20% for
each year after the grant year, during which applicant (s)
continues to own the property as agreed.
3 . Applicant (s) agree that he (they) will deposit the
rehabilitation grant funds into an escrow account in a
bank designated as a trustee for the funds by the Board
of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado.
4. Applicant (s) agree to withdraw and return any and all
unexpended funds from the grant deposited in the escrow
account to the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County
Colorado.
5. Weld County will provide in behalf of the applicant (s)
Flood Insurance premium for the first (1) year of the
five (5) year grant agreement with HUD funds . The
applicant (s) shall provide Flood Insurance coverage
for the remaining of the grant agreement or four (4)
years .
This agreement is executed by the Applicant (s) and the Board
of County Commissioners on the date above first written.

Trust in and to the said real estate in said Deed of Trust particularly described, reference to which is
hereby made for greater certainty.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the privileges and appur-
tenances thereunto belonging forever. AND FL'RTIIER, that the said Trust Deed is. by these pres-
ents, to be considered as fully and absolutely released, cancelled and forever discharged.
