WHEREAS, MGF OIL CORPORATION is the owner or operator of a
portion of the lands covered by the oil and gas lease described here-
inafter; and
WHEREAS, the lease described herein is for a definite term
0 as provided for therein and for as long thereafter as oil and gas or
either of them is produced from said land; and
WHEREAS, a well, capable of producing oil and/or gas in
.) commercial quantities has been drilled and completed on the lands as

NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned does hereby give public notice
pursuant to Colorado Revised Statues 1973, Section 38-42-106 that the
above described lease is extended beyond the definite term by the production
from one or more producing oil and/or gas wells.
