RE: APPOINTMENT OF NORMAN PETERSON AND RE-APPOINTMENT OF ROBERT
EHRLICH TO THE WELD COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, two vacancies currently exist on the Weld County
Planning Commission due to the expiration of the terms of Bette
Kountz and Robert Ehrlich, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advis-
able to appoint Norman Peterson to said Planning Commission to
replace Bette Kountz for a three year term to expire July 31,
1985 and to re-appoint Robert Ehrlich to said Planning Commission
for a three year term to expire July 31, 1985.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Norman Peterson be, and
hereby is, appointed to the Weld County Planning Commission to
replace Bette Kountz for a three year term to expire July 31,
1985.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Robert Ehrlich be,
and hereby is re-appointed to the Weld County Planning Commission
for a three year term to expire July 31, 1985.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 18th day of
August, A.D. , 1982.
