RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME REQUEST OF JAMES R. BARCLAY, JR. FOR A
PRINCIPAL DWELLING IN AN AGRICULTURAL ZONE DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, James R. Barclay , Jr. has applied to the Board of
County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado for a permit to
place a mobile home on the following described real estate, as
a principal dwelling, and which is to be occupied in an A-Agri-
cultural Zone District, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 25th day of March, 1981, considered the request
of James R. Barclay, Jr. for a mobile home as a principal dwel-
ling on a parcel of land more particularly described as follows :
Lot 6 , Block 55 , Aristocrat Ranchettes , a
subdivision of Weld County located in Sec-
tion 27 , Township 2 North, Range 66 West
of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the applicant, finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County , Colorado that the request of James R.
Barclay, Jr. for permission to place a mobile home as a principal
dwelling on the above described parcel of land be, and hereby is ,
granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of
March, A. D. , 1981 .

The individual sewage disposal system at the above-named location has been found to
be not functioning in compliance with the Regulations concerning individual sewage
disposal systems in Weld County, Colorado or otherwise constitutes a nuisance or
hazard to public health.
This permit authorizes repair of this sytem and shall expire
46 days
from the date of issue. At the end of this period of time, this system shall be
inspected by the Health Officer to insure that it is functioning properly.
