RE: ACCEPTANCE OF RESOLUTION FROM THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT CON-
CERNING DAVID DROEGEMUELLER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a Resolution of the Weld County Board of Adjust-
ment requesting the resignation of David Droegemueller from the
Weld County Board of Adjustment for lack of attendance has been
forwarded to the Board of County Commissioners from said Board
of Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable
to accept said Resolution of the Board of Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, further action by the Board of County Commissioners
shall be taken at a later date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Resolution of the
Board of Adjustment concerning David Droegemueller be, and hereby
is, accepted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 31st day of
December, A.D. , 1980 .

BEFORE THE WELD COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
RESOLUTION OF RECOMMENDATION TO THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
It was moved by Gordon Lacy and seconded by Frank Yamaguchi that the following
resolution be introduced for passage by the Weld County Board of Adjustment:
Be it therefore Resolved by the Weld County Board of Adjustment that the
following be adopted by the Board of County Commissioners:
The Board of Adjustment strongly requests the resignation of David
Droegemueller from the Board due to lack of attendance, and no advance
notice. It was recommended to the Board of County Commissioners that
action be taken as soon as possible and an appropriate member be
appointed to replace him.
The motion carried unanimously with Ewegen, Stewart, Garcia, Yamaguchi, Piper,
Richter, Romero and Lacy voting for and none against.
The Chairman declared the motion passed and ordered that a certified copy
of this Resolution be forwarded to the Board of County Commissioners for
further proceedings.
I, Allyson Dohrn, Recording Secretary of the Weld County Board of Adjustment
do hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution is a true copy
of the Resolution of the Board of Adjustment of Weld County, Co'orado, adopted
on December 18, 1980 and recorded in Book No. III of the Proceedings of the
said Board of Adjustment.
