RE: APPOINTMENT OF TOM COLLINS TO WELD COUNTY FAIR BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affaris of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Guy Elliott has resigned as a member of the Weld
County Fair Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Tom Collins be appointed
to the Weld County Fair Board for the unexpired term of Guy Elliott,
said term to expire October 31, 1983.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Tom Collins be, and hereby
is, appointed to the Weld County Fair Board for the unexpired
term of Guy Elliott, said term to expire October 31, 1983.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 21st day of
June, A.D. , 1982.
