RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF STEVE BAGLEY AS ALTERNATE
REPRESENTATIVE TO THE UTILITIES COORDINATING ADVISORY
COMMITTEE
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Utilities
Coordinating Advisory Committee, and
WHEREAS , it has been recommended that Steve Bagley be
appointed to serve as the alternative representative from the City
of Greeley, replacing Bill Hargett.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Steve Bagley be, and
hereby is , appointed as alternate representative from the City of
Greeley on the Utilities Coordinating Advisory Committee.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 17th day of
December, A.D. , 1984 .
