RE : GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT #453 FOR WALT HUPPERT FOR A
PRINCIPAL DWELLING IN AN AGRICULTURAL ZONE DISTRICT
ON A PARCEL OF LAND DESCRIBED AS PART OF SECTION 27 ,
TOWNSHIP 2 NORTH, RANGE 66 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. , WELD
COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering
the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Walt Huppert has applied to the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado for a permit to place
a mobile home on the following described real estate, as a
principal dwelling, and which is to be occupied in an
A-Agricultural Zone District, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 22nd day of June, 1981, considered the request
of Walt Huppert for a mobile home as a principal dwelling on
a parcel of land more particularly described as follows:
Lot 5, Block 16, Aristocrat Ranchettes,
a subdivision of Weld County located
in Section 27 , Township 2 North, Range
66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County,
Colorado.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the applicant finds that said request be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of
Walt Huppert for permission to place a mobile home as a
principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land be,
and hereby is, granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 22nd
day of June, A.D. , 1981.

This part of Aristocrat Ranchettes is better kept than other areas. There are mobile
homes in the area as well as some U.B.C. homes. A water tap is not available at this
time. A cistern will be the water source. The health department has only guidelines,
as provided by the Colorado Department of Health.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Huppert :
Your application and related materials for the request described above are
complete and in order at the present time. I have scheduled a meeting
with the Board of County Commissioners for Wednesday, June 22, 1981, at
approximately 9:15 a.m. This meeting will take place in the County Commis-
sioners' Hearing Room, first floor, Weld County Centennial Center, 915
10th Street, Greeley, Colorado. It is recommended that you and/or a
representative be in attendance to make a presentation regarding the
request and to answer any questions the Board might have with respect to
your application.
Please be aware that the Department of Planning Services staff will make
a recommendation concerning this application to the Board of County
Commissioners. It is the responsibility of the applicant to contact the
Department of Planning Services office a few days before the date of the
Commissioner' s hearing to obtain that recommendation.
