RE: APPROVAL OF ADDENDUM #2 TO THE AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES
BETWEEN WELD COUNTY AND GALLAGHER BASSETT INSURANCE.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Addendum #2 to the Agreement for Services
between Weld County and Gallagher Bassett Insurance Service
has been presented to the Board of County Commissioners for
approval, and
WHEREAS, said Addendum concerns an amendment to Item
III (Compensation) of said Agreement, and
WHEREAS, the Board has studied said Addendum and deems
it advisable to approve the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that Addendum #2 to the
Agreement for Services between Weld County and Gallagher
Bassett Insurance Service be, and hereby is, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 27th
day of January, A. D. , 1982 .

ADDENDUM #2
TO
AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES
BETWEEN
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF WELD COUNTY, COLORADO
AND
GALLAGHER BASSETT INSURANCE SERVICE, A DIVISION OF ARTHUR J . GALLAGHER & CO.
PERIOD OF AGREEMENT: January 15, 1980 - continuous
DATE OF CHANGE: January 15, 1982
It is hereby noted and agreed that Item III (Compensation) of this Agreement is
amended to read:
"EMPLOYER shall pay SERVICE AGENT for services rendered herein
the annual sum of FIFTY-ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($51 ,300.00) .
At the end of each anniversary of this Agreement, the annual compensation
may be subject to the increased cost of living factor based upon the United
States Consumer Price Index and shall be subject to adjustment as mutually
determined by EMPLOYER and SERVICE AGENT, based upon changes in workload.
SERVICE AGENT agrees to notify EMPLOYER in writing of any increase in ser-
vice fee based on changes in workload thirty (30) days prior to each
anniversary."
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
