WITNESSETH, that the Rural Electric, for good and
valuable consideration made by the County to Rural Electric,

have remised, released, sold, conveyed, and QUIT CLAIMED,
N. and by these presents do remise, release , sell, convey, and
QUIT CLAIM unto the County its heirs , successors and

assigns , forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and

demand which the Rural Electric now has, or in any way

parcel of land situate, lying and being in the County of

Weld, State of Colorado, to wit: a portion of land known as
v Weld County Road No. 79 , being g a parcel of land 30 feet wide

of the west 30 feet of Section 22 , Township 11 North, Range
62 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado.
FURTHER, that this conveyance is for the purpose of
establishing a perpetual right-of-way easement for road
purposes .
