HomeMy WebLinkAbout810437.tiff RESOLUTION RE ; GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 529 - RITO GALLARDO WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners on the 9th day of December, 1981, considered the request of Rito Gallardo to place a mobile home as a principal dwelling on a parcel of land more particularly described as follows : Lots 5, 6, 7 , 8 , Block 17 , Gill Subdivision, Town of Gill, Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners , having heard the applicant as well as the recommendation of the Department of Planning Services staff, finds that said request should be granted, conditional upon the applicant obtaining approval of the septic permit from the Weld County Health Department prior to obtaining a building permit. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners that the request of Rito Gallardo for permission to place a mobile home as a principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land be, and hereby is, granted with the condition that the applicant obtain approval of the septic permit from the Weld County Health Department prior to obtaining a building permit.
