RE: APPROVE INSTALLATION OF "STOP" SIGNS AT INTERSECTION OF
WELD COUNTY ROAD 39'1 AND WELD COUNTY ROAD 64 ("0" STREET)
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Department of Engineering has in-
formed the Board of County Commissioners that in order to con-
trol traffic at the intersection of Weld County Road 391 and
Weld County Road 64 ("0" Street) they recommend that "stop"
signs be installed to insure safety to the traveling public,
and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, upon the recommendation of the Weld County Department
of Engineering, has determined that said traffic devices are
necessary for the protection of the general public.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Department of Engi-
neering be, and hereby is, directed to install "stop" signs at
the intersection of Weld County Road 39# and Weld County Road
64 ("0" Street) for the safety of the general public, and that
said signs must conform to the State manual and specifications.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 11th day of
October, A.D. , 1982.

, , . ,Traffic Control Devices at Weld County Roads 391 and 64 ("O" Street)
To control traffic at intersecting Weld County Road 64 ("O" Street) , and newly
designated Weld County Road 391, it is my recommendation that a 30" x 30" "Stop"
sign be installed to control traffic on Weld County Road 395. This will leave
Weld County Road 64 ("O" Street) open to through traffic.
