RE : GRANT REQUEST OF GREELEY JAYCEE-ETTES FOR USE OF THE
4-H BUILDING AND WAIVER OF FEES FOR THE SAME.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Greeley Jaycee-ettes have requested the use of
the 4-H Building at Island Grove Park for a fund raising
project on October 17, 1981, and
WHEREAS , the Board desires to grant permission to said
Greeley Jaycee-ettes for use of the 4-H Building on October 17 ,
1981 and further desires to waive all fees for the use thereof,
except for the $6. 00 per hour janitorial fee and damage deposit.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of the
Greeley Jaycee-ettes for use of the abovementioned facility
at Island Grove Park be, and hereby is, granted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by said Board that the fees for the
use of the 4-H Building be, and hereby is , waived.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 21st
day of September, A.D. , 1981.

Dear Sirs:
My name is Vina Penn and I represent the Greeley Jaycee—ettes.
We are planning to have a Luncheon Fashion Show in which all the
proceeds goes towards the Rocky Mountain Multiple Sclerosis Center,
see enclosed brochures. I've reserved the 4-H Building on
October 17, 1981 for this fund raising project. Since we are a
non-profit organization, the funds raised that day goes towards
the RMMSC and we would like to know if we can rent the building
free of charge except for the "6.00 an hour janitorial fee.
If this is not possible we will pay the fee charged us. If there
are any questions please contact me between the hours of 10:30
to 5:30 at 351-6069. Any information you can give me will be
appreciated.
