RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO THE UTILITIES COORDINATING BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Utilities Coordi-
nating Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that the following indivi-
duals be reappointed to said Utilities Coordinating Board:
APPOINTEE: TERM TO EXPIRE:
Jerrel Green December 31 , 1986
Alternate - Mike Erland
Gary Johnson December 31 , 1986
Alternate - Bill Hargett
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners desires to re-
appoint the above named individuals to the Utilities Coordinating
Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Jerrel Green and Gary
Johnson be, and hereby are, reappointed to the Utilities Coordi-
nating Board with terms to expire on December 31 , 1986 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of
January, A.D. , 1984 .
