KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT COLORADO LANDFILL ,

80634 , hereinafter called "Grantor" , hereby grants and conveys

hereinafter called "Grantee" , a right of way for the purposes
of constructing, maintaining and operating a public County

of land located in Weld County, Colorado , to-wit:
The South 30 feet of the following described

Southeast Quarter (SEQ) of Section 19 , Township

County, Colorado being more particularly des-
cribed as follows : Beginning at the Southeast
Corner (SE Cor) of said Section 19 and con-
sidering the East line of said SEa as bearing
North 00°00 ' 00" East, with all other bearings
contained herein relative thereto; Thence
North 00°00 ' 00" East, 1340 .00 feet; Thence
North 89°45 ' 00" West, 1630 .03 feet to the True
Point of Beginning; Thence North 89°45 ' 00" West,
219 . 77 feet; Thence North 00°15 ' 00" East, 501. 80
feet; thence North 89°45 ' 00" West, 423. 66 feet
to a point on the East R.O.W. line of U.S .
Highway 85; Thence North 05°46 ' 27" West, along
said R.O.W. line, 775.18 feet; thence North
89°21 ' 24" East, 725 . 29 feet; Thence South
00°00 '00" West, 1283. 37 feet to the True Point of
Beginning.
RESERVING, HOWEVER, unto the Grantor, all oil , gas and
other minerals in and under the above-described property, to-
gether with the right to explore for and remove the same so
long as the surface thereof is not disturbed, and also ,
RESERVING, HOWEVER, unto the Grantor, the right to access
and use of the above-described property as a means of ingress
and egress to other property owned by Grantor contiguous to the
above-described property.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said Grantor has caused this
