HomeMy WebLinkAbout830685.tiff RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 715 - ROBERT AND SHERRY VALDEZ WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 25th day of April, 1983 , considered the request of Robert and Sherry Valdez to place a mobile home, to be used as a principal dwelling and to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, on a parcel of land which is more particularly described as follows: SEa, Section 25 , T2N, R68W of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the condition that the applicant apply for and receive a building permit for the mobile home within thirty (30) days from the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Robert and Sherry Valdez for permission to place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, Section 43 , be, and hereby is, granted subject to the condition as above listed. Location: Approximately 1/2 mile west of the Tri—Area Towns The Department of Planning Services staff has reviewed this request and recommends that the request be approved for the reasons: WILL WILL NOT Be compatible with the Weld County Comprehensive xx Plan. Be compatible with the surrounding area. XX Be in harmony with the character of the neighborhood. XX Adversely affect the immediate area . XX Be adequately served by water and sewage disposal xx facilities . Adversely affect the general health, safety and welfare of the inhabitants of the area and the XX County. COMMENTS: The Tri-Area Planning Commission has found that this request does comply with their Comprehensive Plan area. The Department of Planning Services staff has not received any negative comments regarding this. case.
