HomeMy WebLinkAbout840760.tiff RESOLUTION RE: DENY MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 864 - FRANK MUNOZ WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners, on the 9th day of May, 1984 , considered the request of Frank Munoz to place one mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling, and to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land more par- ticularly described as follows: Part of the SW4 , Section 25 , Township 2 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P .M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be denied. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Frank Munoz to place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling on the hereinabove described parcel of land be, and hereby is, denied. Martin LD: ZON MH {LOOK 840760 TO: Board of County Commissioners Date: May 9, 1984 ZPMH# 864 Applicant: Frank Munoz This request is for 1 mobile home to be used as: a principal dwelling Legal Description of Parcel: Part of the SW11, Section 25, T2N, R68W of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado Location: West of Firestone; East of Weld County Road 11 and North of State Highway 52 The Department of Planning Services staff has reviewed this request and recommends that the request be approved for the reasons: WILL WILL NOT X Be compatible with the Weld County Comprehensive Plan X Be compatible with the surrounding area X Be in harmony with the character of the neighborhood X Adversely affect the immediate area X Be adequately served by water and sewage disposal facilities X Adversely affect the general health, safety and welfare of the inhabitants of the area and the County COMMENTS: This lot was created by approval of Recorded Exemption 310 approved April 7, 1978. The Department of Planning Services has not received any objections to this proposal. The Department of Planning Services staff recommendation for approval is conditional upon: 1. The applicant applying for a building permit for the mobile home within thirty (30) days from the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners. 2. A septic permit shall be obtained and the site shall meet percolation test requirements prior to the issuance of a building permit. 3. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the owner shall submit evidence that the proposed water tap is supplying water in such a manner as to be adequate in quality, quantity and dependability for the proposed use. 4.
