RE: ACCEPTANCE OF STREETS IN KNAUS SUBDIVISION, THIRD FILING,
FOR MAINTENANCE BY WELD COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and T

The streets in Knaus Subdivision, 3rd Filing, have been paved
in a consistent manner to the 1st and 2nd Filing, which have
already been accepted for maintenance by Weld County.
Upon recent inspection, the streets involved were found to be
in good condition with no corrective measures necessary.
Therefore , I recommend the following streets in Knaus Subdivision,
3rd Filing, be accepted for full maintenance :
