HomeMy WebLinkAbout830702.tiff RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 727 - LAWRENCE AND GENEVA HERNANDEZ WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 4th day of May, 1983 , considered the request of Lawrence and Geneva Hernandez to place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling, and to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, on a parcel of land being more particularly described as follows: Lots 13 , 14 , 15 and 16 , Block 17 , Gill, Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted, subject to the condition that the applicant apply for and receive a building permit for the mobile home within thirty (30) days from the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Lawrence and Geneva Hernandez to place a mobile home to be used as a princi- pal dwelling on the above described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, Section 43, be, and hereby is, granted subject to the condition above listed. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 4th day of May, A.D. , 1983 .
