RE: APPOINTMENTS TO THE WELD COUNTY HEALTH BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , due to the fact that Steven D. Sears has moved from
Advisory Board Area 4 , which he represented, a vacancy currently
exists on the Weld County Health Board, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners desires to
appoint Lola M. Fehr to the Weld County Health Board, Advisory
Board Area 4, for a term to expire on May 23, 1985 , and
WHEREAS , due to the resignation of Michael Deutcher, At-
Large, another vacancy currently exists on the Weld County Health
Board, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners desires to
appoint Steven D. Sears to the Weld County Health Board, At-
Large, for a term to expire on May 23, 1984 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Lola M. Fehr be, and
hereby is, appointed to the Weld County Health Board, Advisory
Board Area 4, for a term to expire May 23, 1985 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Steven D. Sears be,
and hereby is, appointed to the Weld County Health Board, At-Large,
for a term to expire May 23 , 1984 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 28th day of
December, A.D. , 1983 .
