BIRD WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 20th day of April, 1983 , considered the request of Richard A. Bird to place a mobile home to be used as a tempor- ary use during a medical hardship on a parcel of land, which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, more particu- larly described as follows: Lot 5, Block 27 , Aristocrat Ranchettes Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the condition that the applicant apply for and receive a building permit for the mobile home within thirty (30) days from the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Richard A. Bird to place a mobile home to be used as a temporary use during a medical hardship on the above described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, Section 43 , be, and hereby is, granted subject to the condition above listed.
