RESOLUTION
RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 920 - PHILLIP BECKER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and with the Weld he Home
Rule Charter, is vested h authority
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 29th day of August, 1984 , considered the request
of Phillip Becker for a mobile home to be used as a principal
dwelling, and
WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an A-Agri-
cultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more particu-
larly described as follows:
Part of the SWa, Section 26 , Township 6 North,
Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County,
Colorado
the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
WHEREAS, granted the testimony, finds that said request should b shall apply
