RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 568 - STEPHEN AND VERNON ETTER WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Stephen and Vernon Etter have applied to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado for a permit to place a mobile home on the following described real estate, as more than one accessory mobile for farm use, and which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 17th day of March, 1982, considered the request of Stephen and Vernon Etter for a mobile home as more than one accessory mobile home for farm use on the parcel of land more particularly described as follows: Part of the Wi SWa, Section 30 , T6N, R65W of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Stephen and Vernon Etter for permission to place a mobile home as more than one accessory mobile home for farm use on the above described parcel of land be, and hereby is , granted. The system, according to Etter, is composed of a 1250 gallon septic with approopriate leach area. No record of this system exists in our files.
